Balloon chasers are known to find bars etc that provide free food during the party and usually with entertainment ( Karaoke, Magicians, Comedians and Music). Not all balloon chasers are cheap charlies. In fact I’ve been known to go to a party because it looks like the bar will be full with lots of people having a good time.
